Information is available since the return of an arrest warrant that Timothy James Hoyle of Churdan has been charged in magistrate court with theft- fifth degree. The warrant was issued March 18 and returned July 27.
Cases were initiated in magistrate court during the week ending July 31 as follows: Brittany Kay Smith of Jefferson, interference with official acts; Shanna Lee Herrera of Carroll, assault and disorderly conduct; and Alysha Marie Oravetz of Jefferson, theft- fifth degree.
